We offer direct therapy and consultative services in a small clinic for children of all ages.  The therapists all utilize neurodevelopmental and sensory integrative techniques and each therapist brings their own additional specialties and variety of modalities to the families they work with.  The use of dynamic equipment, horses, companion animals, therapeutic listening programs, hot tub, outdoor swimming pools and specialized therapeutic techniques may be included in the children’s therapy sessions depending on their needs.  Teaming with other professionals to ensure support in nutrition, visual and auditory processing, neurological and behavioral issues is also important to the services we provide.

Our mission is to meet children where they are; to utilize their strengths and motivations in order to expand their world and create pathways for them to grow and to meet their potential through play as their “occupation”. Play is learning. Through play children learn motor skills, self-regulation, communication, executive function, curiousity, cooperation, creativity, problem solving and so many important life skills.

Getting Scheduled

To get scheduled for an evaluation go to the "Patient Packet/ Contact Us" page, and please read, print out and return all forms.

If you do not have access to a printer you may call or e-mail Jenn Simmons, our Office Manager, with your demographic information, your child's name, age, official or unofficial diagnosis and insurance information. You can have a packet explaining our establishment, services and policies mailed to you.  You will need to fill out the forms return them in order to register for a class and/or hold a place on the waiting list for a full evaluation.  Once the completed information is received your child will be placed on the waiting list and Jenn will contact you and explain the next step in the process of getting started.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO INCLUDE ALL NUMBERS WHERE WE CAN REACH YOU AND INFORM US IF YOUR NUMBER CHANGES SO WE CAN REACH YOU FOR SCHEDULING.

Because of the waiting list we cannot wait for more than 24 hours for a response to schedule an evaluation.  If we do not hear from you we will call the next person on the waiting list.  This does not shift you to the bottom of the list but may delay getting you scheduled for several more weeks.  You may call or e-mail at any time to get your child's status.

If your child has had an OT evaluation within the last 12 months we may be able to place your child with a therapist sooner so please INCLUDE A COPY OF ALL PERTAINING CLINICAL INFORMATION OR FORMAL ASSESSMENTS.

Our Current Rates and Insurance Contracts

We are contracted with most popular insurance providers such as Medicare, Medicaid, Regence, Premera Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Kaiser, Molina, Group Health, First Choice and Aetna, but this is not a complete list. It is very important for parents, guardians and caregivers to know which services are covered and which are not as the financial responsibility is ultimately yours.

We offer payment plans and reduced rates based on financial obligations,
however, communication is the key.
Contact our office for evaluation and treatment rates.
